L. J. Meshell

  L. J. Meshell, 57, of Zwolle, died in Many on Friday, Nov. 29,
at 7:25 a.m.

  Meshell is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mekella Meshell of
Zwolle; four brothers, J. D. Meshell, Many, Herbert Meshell,
Diana, Tex., Charles Meshell, Shreveport, and David Meshell,
Shreveport; four sisters, Mrs. Lillie Mae Crittenden. Florien,
Mrs. Corine Caskey, Bossier City, Mrs. Ethel Wright, Florien, and
Mrs. Margaret Behan, Shreveport.

  Funeral services were held in the St. Joseph Catholic Church on
Sunday, Dec. 1, at 2 p.m. Msgr. Robert C. Friend officiated.
Burial was in the Old Zwolle Cemetery, under the direction of the
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers were Wayne Meshell, Herbie Meshell, John F. Meshell,
Johnne Meshell, Sam Parrie, and Guy Wayne Maxie.
