William Charles "Mike" Meshell

  William Charles "Mike" Meshell departed this life suddenly, at
his home in Oklahoma City, Okla., Jan. 27. His wishes were to be
cremated, with no viewing or service. His remains will be buried
at Aimwell Cemetery at Zwolle, La.

  He was born at Zwolle, La., July 28, 1922. He was preceded in
death by his wife, Lillian; his son, Michael; his parents, Bill
and Madie Meshell; and his sister, Katherine Rivers.

  He is survived by a granddaughter, Staci DeLaine Meshell; one
brother, A. G. Meshell of Austin, Tex.; two sisters, Ethel Wynn,
and Dorsey Featherston of Bossier City, La.; his nephews, Bill
Rivers, Alvin, and Rupert Procell, and Jerry Meshell; his nieces,
Joyce Collins, Gail Jackson, and Marilyn Meshell; and several
great nieces and nephews.
