  Funeral services for Michael Meshell, 11, of Zwolle, were held
Thursday, July 18, 1996, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, at 10
a.m., with Father Juan Garcia officiating. Interment was at the
Old Zwolle Cemetery, under the direction of Les Fontaine Funeral
Home.

  He passed away Monday, July 15, at LSU Medical Center. He was
born March 21, 1985, in Shreveport. He was a student, and a
member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church.

  He is survived by his parents, Douglas Wayne Meshell of Ebarb,
and Sharon Meshell of Zwolle; and his stepmother, Arlene Meshell
of Ebarb; two sisters, Tammy Lynn Meshell of Zwolle, and Amanda
Paige Meshell of Ebarb; one brother, Douglas Wayne Meshell Jr. of
Zwolle; and one stepbrother, Eric Sepulvado of Ebarb; paternal
grandparents, Herbert and Elsie Meshell of Ebarb; paternal great
grandmother, Edna Meshell of Zwolle; maternal great grandmother,
Pearl Goff of Zwolle; Godparents, Daniel and Valerie Parrie of
Zwolle.

  He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Martin Meshell;
maternal great grandparents, Walter and Fannie Parrie; maternal
grandparents, Tony and Ethel Mae Ezernack; paternal great
grandfather, Robert Meshell.

  Pallbearers were Howard (Chubby) Meshell, Billy Ray Meshell,
Kevin Meshell, Daniel Parrie, Frank Ezernack, and Emmett Meshell.
