Thurbor Ben Maxwell

  Thurbor Ben Maxwell, 74, died at Sabine Clinic, June 14, of
natural causes.

  Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Laverne Sellers, and
Margaret Barr of Zwolle; two brothers, Walter Maxwell of
Winnfield, and John Maxwell of Dodson; also four sisters, Mrs.
Bonnie Stevens of Good Pine, Mrs. Ollie Swipe of DeSota, Tex.,
Mrs. Delila Barrnett of Brownsville, Tex., and Mrs. Ester Ott of
Baton Rouge; three grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

  Rev. George Sherman, and Rev. Cansler officiated the service at
Bayou Scie Methodist Church, Friday, June 16, at 2:30. Interment
was at Bayou Scie Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home of Many.

  Pallbearers were Carl Tyler, Fred Tgram, Hoyt Maxey, Cecil
Lodie, Fermer Barr, and Milton McFerron.
