Mr. William Arthur McCollister

  Mr. William Arthur McCollister, 87, of Many died Wednesday, March
17, 1998 at Schumpert Medical Center in Shreveport.

  Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Friday, March 20 at Mt. Olive
Baptist Church in Many with interment following at Mt. Olive Cemetery.
The Rev. E. E. Walker and the Rev. Scott Carver officiated.

  Survivors included his widow, Gladys McCollister of Many; two sons,
Lyndle Dean McCollister of Benton and Jerry Don McCollister of Many;
one sister, Grace Jackson of Many; six grandchildren; 10 great-
grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

  Pallbearers were Patrick Small, Jackie Small, William Holcomb, Tom
Holcomb, John Walraven, Mike Small and Bob Small.
