Benard "Buddy" McCollister

  Services for Mr. Benard "Buddy" McCollister, 61, were held at 2
p.m., Saturday, November 28, at Zion Hill Baptist Church.
Officiating was the Rev. Clois Cole, and Rev. Marvin Lane. Burial
followed in Zion Hill Baptist Church, under direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. McCollister died Thursday, November 26, at Sabine Medical
Center in Many.

  He is survived by his wife, Helen McCollister of Many; one son,
Gary McCollister of Bossier City; one daughter, Elizabeth
McCollister of Shreveport; and one sister, Jessie Von Davis of
Lake Charles. Pallbearers were Darrel Curtis, Tony Maldonado,
Douglas Curtis Jr., Benny Sylvest, Phil Trohan, Leslie Lites, Joe
Holcomb, and Eugene Wright.
