The Rev. Frances Attaway, pastor of Lord of the Harvest Center, where Mrs. Mason was a member, officiated. Interment was in Hill Crest Memorial Park. Mrs. Mason overcame the tremendous obstacles and challenges created by her hearing impairment. She attended Mt. Carmel High School, graduating in 1962.
