The Sabine Index - Noah McComic

  1 Jul 1949 - Noah McComic, age 63, passed away May 27, 1949.
His closet neighbors and church fellows make further comment, as
neighbors do. His outstanding traits of character are, not
forgotten. Honesty and frankness in his belief of right,
neighborliness to all needy neighbors and to all need and loyal
friends, doing his part in community work. Being a Bible reader,
he practiced the Golden Rule, believed in Christ, in all humility
faith and peaceful trust. These are the memories to us and his
loyal family.

  Surviving him are his widow, Mrs. Susan Strube McComic; sons,
Earnest of Many, Joe of Shreveport, Andrew of Gloster, J. C. of
Lafayette; daughters, Mrs. Emma Furgeson of Hemphill, Texas, Mrs.
Amy Cain and Miss Lucille of Many.
