The Sabine Index - R. A. McInnis

  20 Jul 1949 - R. A. McInnis, 67, passed away suddenly at his
home near Florien Wednesday of last week. Funeral services were
conducted at Prewitt's Chapel church at 2 p.m. Thursday by Rev.
J. C. Clements of Bunkie and Rev. Jones of DeRidder. Interment
followed under direction Massingill funeral home.

  Mr. McInnis is survived by his widow; daughter, Mrs. C. N.
Lockwood, Many; sons, J. L. of DeRidder, Lev of Florien, Eddie
Lee of Grove, Texas; brothers Lev of Hornbeck, John of
Petersburg, W. Va., F. W. of Lake Charles, Fayette of Orange,
Texas; sisters, Mrs. Sophia Orr, Los Angeles, Mrs. Janie Holder,
Logansport, Mrs. Louise Bahnsen, Port Arthur, Texas; nine
grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
