Pearl McComic

  Mrs. Pearl McComic, 70, of Zwolle, died in Shreveport on
Saturday, June 10, at 2:15 p.m., following an extended illness.

  Mrs. McComic is survived by five sons, Don McComic of Converse,
Lenard McComic, Doyle McComic, Iva Lee McComic, and Fayette
McComic, all of Zwolle; one daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Leach of Many;
two brothers, O. E. Blackwell of Many, and Walter Blackwell of
DeRidder; three sisters, Audrey McComic of Zwolle, and Vivian
Hardy, and Cordie Taylor, both of Shreveport; 14 grandchildren,
and one great grandchild.

  Funeral services were held at the Memorial Baptist Church in
Zwolle, on Monday, June 12, at 2 p.m. The Rev. Willis Greer, and
the Rev. Mike Fort officiated. Burial was in the Zwolle Cemetery,
under the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
