Mrs. Iona Cowey McInnis

  Mrs. Iona Cowey McInnis died at the age of 74, at Highland
Hospital in Shreveport, on October 29, 1987.

  Services were held at Little Flock Baptist Church, on Nov. 2, at
10 a.m., with Rev. Larry Foster officiating. Burial was at Little
Flock Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral
Home.

  Survivors include her husband, Efton McInnis of the Little Flock
community; three sons, Harmon Lee Maulding of Gonzales, Tex.,
Thomas Homer Maulding of Oxnard, Calif., Jerry Douglas Maulding
of McCleod, Tex.; one daughter, Mary Ruth Sparks of Kerrville,
Tex.; one brother, Everett Cowey of Devine, Tex.; one sister,
Ruth Milner of San Antonio, Tex.; half sister, Annie Laura Byrd
of San Antonio, Tex.; half brother, Samuel T. Cowey of Sequin,
Tex.; 11 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
