  Mr. Fayette (Fed) McComic, 69, died Nov. 21, 2001.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., at Warren Meadows Funeral
Home in Zwolle, with interment following at Zwolle Cemetery. The
Rev. Kenneth Leach, and the Rev. Timothy J. Leach officiated.

  Survivors include his widow, Rita E. McComic of Zwolle; son,
Mark McComic; and daughter, Debra Ann McComic, both of
Shreveport; eight step daughters, Virgie Vincent and husband
Atlas of Nederland, Texas, Rose Martinez and husband Wesley of
Zwolle, Jackie Downs, and Sandra Long, both of Shreveport, Bobbie
Dun and husband John of Beaumont, Texas, Betty King and husband
Floyd of Nederland, Texas, Gertrude Bailey of California,
Christine Hooker and husband Dawn of Shellknob, Mo.

  He is also survived by stepson, Jessie Ebarb and wife Patsy of
Hallsville, Texas; sister, Joann Leach and husband, the Rev.
Kenneth Leach of Negreet; three brothers, Don McComic and wife
Beth of Converse; Doyle McComic and wife Gladdis of Zwolle, and
Leonard and wife Kathy of Belmont; one sister-in-law, Hazel
McComic; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren,
nieces, nephews, and friends.
