George J. McNeece

  George J. McNeece, 89, of Zwolle, died Sept. 3, in Shreveport,
after an extended illness.

  Surviving relatives include two sons, Chester McNeece of Rayne,
and Claude McNeece of Freeport, Tex.; a daughter, C. L. Murphy of
Many; a brother, Elmer McNeece of Shreveport; a sister, Mrs.
Delmer Pilcher of Shreveport; four grandchildren; and 10 great
grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held at Beulah Baptist Church, Sept. 5,
with Dr. R. P. Butler officiating. Burial was in the Beulah
Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of
Many.
