John L. Massingill

  Mr. John L. Massingill, 82, died in Many, after an extended
illness, Monday, Feb. 28, at 6:30 a.m.

  Services were held in the Warren Meadows Funeral Chapel,
Tuesday, March 1, at 3 p.m., with the Rev. J. R. Odom
officiating. Burial was in the Many Cemetery, under the direction
of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many.

  Survivors are two sons, C. L. Massingill of Many, and L. B.
Massingill of Wharton, Texas; one daughter, Mrs. V. R. Welch of
Bossier City; two grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
