Herman McGinty

  Herman McGinty, 63, of Pleasant Hill, was killed instantly on
Wednesday, April 16, when his tractor turned over, trapping him
underneath.

  McGinty, who was grading the road which leads to his home,
apparently ran off the end of the culvert, causing his tractor to
turn over. The incident took place on Highway 175, north of
Pleasant Hill.
