The Sabine Index - Mrs. Nelia McMillon

  10 Jan 1947 - Funeral rites for Mrs. Nelia McMillon, age 74
years, were held at Pisgah Baptist church 11 a.m. Monday with
Rev. Fortenberry of Newton, Texas officiating. Interment was in
Pisgah cemetery under direction of Massingill funeral home.

  She is survived by her husband, W. R. McMillon of Toro. Nieces
attending the funeral were Mrs. Pearl Miller and Mrs. Jospeh
Byrd.

  Mr. and Mrs. McMillon came to Louisiana from Alabama in 1896,
settling at Toro. They were married 59 years.
