Ray McMillan

  Services for Mr. Ray McMillan were held at 2 p.m., Saturday,
March 20, in Hornbeck Assembly of God Church. Officiating were
Rev. James Langston, and Rev. J. D. Brown. Burial was held in
Victoria Cemetery in Florien, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.

  He is survived by his wife, Lettie McMillan of Florien; two
sons, Benjamin Ray McMillan of Florien, and Huey Connerly
McMillan of Orange, Tex.; 4 daughters, Bobbie Lynn Wood of
Pearland, Tex., Virginia Waldrup of Vidor, Tex., Gelea Sheard of
Silsbee, Tex., and Linda Warren of Vidor, Tex.; one sister,
Georgie Breaux of Beaumont, Tex.; one brother, Jesse McMillan of
Orange, Tex.; 28 grandchildren; 54 great grandchildren; five
great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

  He was preceded in death by the oldest daughter, Edith Pauline
Haugh; and one stepson, James William Anderson.
