Bro. Robert Lane McGraw

  Bro. Robert Lane McGraw, 66, died Sunday, July 13, at 11 a.m.,
at Willis Knighton Hospital in Shreveport. He was born September
10, 1930, to Callie Williams and Robert McGraw in Oxford.

  He was married to Tressie Garner McGraw on January 21, 1951. To
this union, six children were born; two daughters; and four sons.
One son preceded him in death.

  Survivors include his loving widow, Tressie McGraw; loving
mother, Callie Williams of William, Ariz.; two daughters, Shirley
Williams, and Sharon Johnson of Florien; three sons, Robert Don
McGraw, Lawrence McGraw, and Christopher Lane McGraw of Zwolle;
two dedicated sons-in-law, Walter P. Williams Jr. and Robert M.
Johnson Sr. of Florien; two sisters, Bessie Garner, and Willie
Ruth Felzien of William, Ariz.; three brothers, David Owens, and
Morgan Williams of William, Ariz., and Earnest Thomas of Phoenix,
Ariz.; seven grandchildren; and four great granddaughters; and a
host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

  Funeral services were held at the Macedonia Baptist Church in
Zwolle, with the Rev. Mitchell James officiating. Arrangements
were under the direction of Jenkins Funeral Home. Mr. McGraw's
grandsons served as pallbearers.
