The Sabine Index - John A. McCorkle

  12 Apr 1957 - Last rites for John A. McCorkle, 87, who died
near Many Friday, April 5 was conducted at Little Flock Baptist
church at one p.m. Sunday, April 7 with Rev. L. D. Cawford
officiating, assisted by Rev. V. R. Miller. Interment was under
the direction of Warren Funeral Home.

  Surviving are Mrs. J. D. McCorkel of Columbas, son G. J.
McCorkel of Many, Rt. 5, step-daughter, Mrs. Essie Mitchell of
Many, step-son, Isac Brantley.
