Oscar J. McCormic

  Oscar J. McCormic, 81, of Many, died Sunday, Sept. 30, at 6:35
a.m., in Fraser Hospital South, following an extended illness.

  Services were held Tuesday, Oct. 2, at 10 a.m., in the Warren
Meadows Chapel, with the Rev. Murry C. (Bill) Martin officiating.
Burial followed in the St. John Cemetery.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Oscar McCormic of Many; two
sons, J. W. McCormic, and Kenny Dale McCormic, both of Many; one
daughter, Mrs. Rita Hilderbrand of Shreveport; one half brother,
Teddy McCormic of Many; half sister, Mrs. Emma Winn of Longview,
Tex.; 8 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
