Marshall Scott McCormick

  Memorial services for Marshall Scott McCormick, 56, of Crossett,
Ark., were held Tuesday, August 7, at 10 a.m., at the First
Baptist Church of Crossett. Officiating were the pastor of First
Baptist Church, and Rev. Don Johnson of Lake Charles, La. Masonic
rites were held.

  Mr. McCormic retired from the military after 27 years service,
and for the past eight years, had worked in the paper division at
Georgia Pacific Corp.

  He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Wolf McCormick; one son,
Marshall Scott II; one daughter, Stacy McCormick Johnson; three
grandchildren; his mother, Louise Herod McCormick; one brother,
Jim Bob McCormick; and one uncle, F. P. McCormick of Zwolle.
