(Buck) McGarrahan, 88, died in Zwolle Monday, April 11, at 3:30 p.m., after an extended illness. Funeral services were held in the Many First Baptist Church Wednesday, April 13, at 11 a.m., with Dr. R. P. Butler, and Dr. Kelly Fitzgerald officiating. Burial was in the Many Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many. Survivors are two sons, W. T. McGarrahan of Tyler, Tex., and A. W. McGarrahan of Livingston, Tex.; three daughters, Mrs. Claude Andries of Many, and Mrs. Chris Cherry, and Mrs. Willard W. Smith, both of Franklin; one brother, E. E. McGarrahan of Daisetta, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. J. W. White of Monahans, Tex., and Mrs. W. E. Small of Port Arthur, Tex.; 16 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren. Pallbearers were his grandsons.
