Willard D. Maddox

  Willard D. Maddox, 51, died Oct. 23, in Shreveport, after a
short illness. Funeral services were conducted at Warren Meadows
Funeral Home Chapel, Oct. 25, with Dr. R. P. Butler officiating.
Interment was in the Zwolle Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lucille Maddox of Zwolle; a
son, Willard Paul Maddox of Zwolle; one daughter, Mary Nell
Maddox of Zwolle; his mother, Mrs. Effie Maddox of Zwolle; four
brothers, Charles Maddox of Zwolle, Jack Maddox of Shreveport, J.
V. Maddox of Many, and Rayford Maddox of New Orleans; and a
sister, Mrs. Vera Hortman of Shreveport.
