Arthur M. Maddox

  Funeral services were held January 5, in Zwolle First Baptist
Church, for Arthur M. Maddox, 75, who passed away January 3, in
Lake Charles, after a short illness, with Dr. R. P. Butler
officiating.

  Burial was in Zwolle Cemetery, with Warren Meadows Funeral Home
in charge.

  Survivors were his wife, Mrs. Myrtle Maddox of Lake Charles; one
son, Ralph Barr of Lake Charles; three daughters, Mrs. Bobby
Drake of Westlake, Mrs. Nancy Destenafo of Lake Charles, and Mrs.
Lethe Knight of Germany; four sisters, Mrs. Louise Morgan of
Bossier City, Mrs. Lois Grisson of Lufkin, Texas, Mrs. Dillie
Brooks of Zwolle, and Mrs. Addie Howell of Natchitoches; seven
grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were Leonard Brooks, Ernest Howell, Howard Maddox,
J. W. Maddox Jr., Euell Martinez, and J. R. Murph.
