Mrs. Connie Lucille Mitchell

  Mrs. Connie Lucille Mitchell, 45, died Thursday, Nov. 11, 1999 at LSU Medical Center in
Shreveport.

  Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13 at McKnight Cemetery, with
interment following at McKnight Cemetery in Rayville. The Rev. Terry Temple officiated.

  Survivors include her husband, W. A. Mitchell Jr. of Robeline; two sons, Russell Gayle
Pippins, Jr. and wife Cynthia of Monroe, and Harvey Ray Pippins of Rayville; one daughter,
Callie Stampley and fiance Delbert Cook of Florien; one sister, Brenda Burke of Rayville;
one stepdaughter, Sherry Strahan of Haughton; one stepson, Lee Eric Mitchell of Zwolle;
three brothers, Donald Wayne Stampley of and Robert Lee Stampley, both of Houston, Texas
and Edger Eugene Stampley of Pelican; three grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and
a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Mitchell was preceded in death by her daughter, Dana
Marie Stampley and brother, Arnold Ray Stampley.

  Pallbearers were Darrell Burke, Robert Stampley, Donald Stampley, David Stampley, Robert
Lawhorn and Rusty Pippin.
