The Sabine Index - Tom Mitchell

  21 Mar 1947 - Tom Mitchell, age 74 years, died at the home of
his daughter ,Mrs. Pearley Hall, at Hornbeck after a long
illness.

  Funeral services were conducted from Prewitt's Chapel Baptist
church near Hornbeck at 11 a.m. Sunday by Rev. Martin, pastor.

  Interment was under direction of Massingill funeral home.

  Surviving relatives are: wife; daughter, Mrs. Pearley Hall,
Hornbeck; brother, J. E. Mitchell, Gandy; sisters, Mrs. Miranda
Knippers, Robeline, Mrs. Laura Eason, Fisher; two grandchildren
and six nephews.
