Louis Ray Mitchell

  Louis Ray Mitchell, 32, of Many, died at Fraser Hospital on
Saturday, March 6, at 1 a.m., following an extended illness.

  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Willie Mae Mitchell of Many;
one son, Johnny Ray Mitchell; two daughters, Darla Lynn Mitchell,
and Stephanie Diane Mitchell, all of Many; his parents, Mr. and
Mrs. Oda Mitchell of Many; two brothers, Oda L. Mitchell, and Roy
Mitchell, both of Granger, Tex.; and seven sisters, Ruthie Mae
Davidson, Loretta Helms, Sharlet Gates, and Gail Mitchell, all of
Many, Evon Jones of Shreveport, Eloyce Mitchell of Venice, and
Diane King of Montgomery, Ala.

  Funeral services were held at the Trinity Baptist church on
Sunday, March 7, at 2 p.m. The Rev. H. H. Tibbits, and the Rev.
Ray Hope officiated. Burial was in the Warren Cemetery, under the
direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
