The Sabine Index - September 7, 1988

  Clyde Henry Mitchell

  Mr. Clyde Henry Mitchell, 73, died at his residence in Florien,
La. on Sept. 3, 1988.

  Services were held at Warren Meadows Chapel at 11 a.m. on
Monday, Sept. 5 with Rev. Perry Miers officiating. Burial was at
Clearwater Cemetery under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral
Home.

  Survivors include one son, Robert (Audie) Mitchell of Florien;
two granddaughters, Dede Pleasant of Florien and Lori Chance of
Hornbeck; two great grandsons, Joshua Pleasant of Florien and
Quisto Chance of Hornbeck; numerous nieces and nephews.

  Pallbearers included John Fleming, Arbie McGraw, Bruce Miers,
Lee Richie, Travis Evans and Jack Wade.
