  Funeral services for Kassie Deann Mitchell, 12, were held
Tuesday, June 11, 1996, at Trinity Baptist Church, at 10 a.m.
Interment was at Ft. Jesup Cemetery, with Rev. Glenn Flenniken,
Rev. Kenneth Leach Sr., and Rev. Peggy Marcelli officiating.

  Kassie passed away June 8, at Fort Jesup.

  She is survived by her parents, Melvin and Lynda Mitchell of Ft.
Jesup; two sisters, Kim Russell and husband Jeremy of Many, and
Kellie Mitchell of Ft. Jesup; one niece, Harley Cheyenne Russell;
maternal grandparents, Dick and Rita Mitchell, and the late Marie
Whatley; paternal grandparents, Ray and Dorothy Mitchell;
maternal great grandparents, Charles and Evelyn Kennedy; paternal
great grandparents, Joe and Arbie Mitchell, all of Many; a host
of uncles, aunts, cousins, and her special little friends.
