M. D. Mitchell

  Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 27, at Holy Rosary
Catholic Church, for M. D. (Duffy) Mitchell, 84, of Shreveport,
who died May 24, in a Dallas nursing home, after a long illness.

  Mr. Mitchell, a native of Many, had lived in Shreveport 45
years. He was a retired butcher for the Washington Youree Hotel,
and was a member of Holy Rosary Church.
