Mrs. Frank Middleton

  Mrs. Frank Middleton, 73, died Monday, Sept. 11, in Natchitoches.

  Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 13, in the
First Baptist Chrch, with the Rev. James Carter officiating. Burial
was in the Spring Ridge Cemetery near Pleasant Hill, under the
direction of First National Funeral Home of Natchitoches.

  Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Richard M. Troy
Jr., of New Orleans, and Miss Glyn J. Corley of Shreveport; five
brothers, Obie Hinkie of Pleasant Hill; the Rev. Joe E. Hinkie, and
Clarence Hinkie, both of Shreveport, Preston Hinkie of Mansfield,
and the Rev. Travis Hinkie of Monroe; four sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth
Vandermark of Converse, Mrs. Ottie Middleton of Henderson, Tex.; Mrs.
Ella Johnson of Baton Rouge, and Mrs. Ruth Bell of Shreveport; seven
grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
