The Sabine Index - Samantha Middleton 
  
  6 Oct 1939 - Funeral services for Mrs. Samantha Middleton, age 
76, who died at her home near Bethsadia Friday evening at 8:45, 
were held at Bethsadia church Saturday afternoon at 2:30 with 
Rev. W. C. Bennett of Mansfield, assisted by Rev. Jeff Holliday 
of Zwolle, officiating. 
  
  Mrs. Middleton is survived by two sons, J. E. Middleton of 
Gladewater, Texas, and A. E. Middleton of Bethsadia, and three 
daughters, Mrs. Bertha Berton of Bethsadia, Mrs. Myrtis Byrd of 
Mansfield, Mrs. Jessie Hughes of Texerkana, and Mrs. Mana Beck of 
Texas, besides several grandchildren.
