"Bob" Middleton, Sr. Services for Mr. Robert B. "Bob" Middleton, Sr., 81, of Natchitoches, will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, May 30, at the Trinity Baptist Church in Natchitoches. The Rev. David Hudnall, the Rev. Carroll Mar, and the Rev. Gerald Bishop will officiate. Burial will be at Weaver Cemetery at Flora, La. Plans are under the direction of Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home in Natchitoches. Mr. Middleton died Monday afternoon, May 27, 1985, at Schumpert Medical Center in Shreveport, La., after a long illness. He was a native of Marthaville, La., and was a retired maintenance foreman for the Tennessee Gas Co. He is survived by his wife, Nora Russell Middleton of Natchitoches; two sons, Elton Middleton of Flora, and Robert B. Middleton, Jr. of Natchitoches; one daughter, Claudine LaCaze of Shreveport, La.; one step daughter, Noelle LeBlanc of Denham Springs, La.; eight grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Donald Gallien, B. M. Sparks, Roy Gentry, Houston Cook, Eddie Barnhill, and Sammie Longlois.
