A native of Marthaville, La., and a resident of San Antonio since 1971, Mr. Middleton was a member of the V. F. W. Post American Legion Post No. 375, and the Air Force Sgt. Assn. (ASFA). He is survived by his wife, Ruby E. Middleton of San Antonio; daughters, Wanda Middleton of Houston, Jimmie Jean, and Julie Middleton of Seattle, Washington, and Joyce Noverson of Perris, Calif.; one step daughter, Betty Brown of Universal City; one step son, Kenneth Lewis of Garland, Tex.; one sister, Ruby Gray of Houston, Tex.; one brother, Thurman Middleton of Marthaville, La. Other survivors were six grandchildren, and four step grandchildren. Funeral services were held Saturday, Sept. 28, 1985, at 2 p.m., in Mission Park Funeral Chapel South, with, Rev. Sam Spencer officiating. Interment followed in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. Arrangements are with Mission Park Chapel South.
