Raleigh Lee Middleton

  Services for Mr. Raleigh Lee Middleton, 83, of Marthaville, were
held at 11 a.m., Monday, May 26, in the Beulah United Methodist
Church, where he was a member. The Rev. Larry Solice, and the
Rev. Abe M. Conerly officiated. Burial was in the church
cemetery, under the direction of Blanchard-St. Denis.

  Mr. Middleton, a native of Marthaville, died Friday, May 23,
1986, in Willis-Knighton Medical Center. He was a retired oil
field worker.

  He was survived by one son, Olis Houston Middleton of Angleton,
Tex.; three daughters, Barbara Ann Berry of Pasadena, Tex.,
Anetia Claudette Batts of Mooringsport, and Katie Barnhill of
Shreveport; ten grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
