Interment was in the Mt. Zion Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Mrs. Madden died March 1, in the Northshore Hospital in Houston, Texas, after a short illness. Bro. Elton Martin, and Bro. George Edridge officiated. Mrs. Madden is survived by her husband, Warren Madden of Houston, Tex.; one son, Allen Burk, Jr., DeQuincy; one daughter, Connie Skoald, Bathell, Washington; her mother, Mrs. Rilda Fyke of Many; four sisters, Rachel Stevenson, Houston, Tex., Rugh Greer, Many, Retha Carley, Humble, Tex., and Rena Sparks, Odessa, Tex. Also four step children, Warren Madden, Jr., and Karen Sneed, both from Houston, Leslie K. Ferdon, Magnolia, Tex., and Susan Madden from Beaumont, Tex.; eight grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Active pallbearers were Carmen Brumley, Kenneth Brumley, Doug Holt, Andy Weynandt, Joe Gaddis, and Damon Daugherty. Honorary pallbearers were Alfice Brumley, Leo Burk, Clellie Baston, Rufus Savell, Ray Lites, Lonnier Weynandt, and Keith Weynandt.
