Mr. Cecil Lloyd Mills Sr.

  Services for Mr. Cecil Lloyd Mills Sr., 71, were held on May 40,
at 2 p.m., at the First Baptist Church of Converse. Officiating
were Rev. Bob Phillips, and Rev. Presley Marcantel Church.
Interment was in Converse Cemetery.

  Mr. Cecil Lloyd Mills Sr. passed away Friday, May 27, at his
residence.

  Mr. Cecil Lloyd Mills Sr. was born in Rush Center, Kansas. Mr.
Mills was retired from the Air Force, and V. S. Civil Service. He
was a member of the First Baptist Church of Converse, La.

  Surviving relatives include wife, Mary E. Mills of Converse,
La.; two sons, Cecil Mills of Converse, La., and Thomas and wife
Debbie of Vacaville, Calif.; three grandchildren, Casey Mills of
Converse, La., Tommy Mills, and Shannon Mills of Vacaville,
Calif.; two brothers, Willard Mills of Moran, Kan., and Kenneth
Mills of Burdett, Kan.; a host of nieces and nephews.

  He is preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Lydia Mills;
brothers, Raymond, and Leonard Mills; also an infant son, William
Mills.
