James W. Mauldin

  Services for Mr. James W. Mauldin, 61, of Dallas, Tex., were
held at 2:30 p.m., Friday, Dec. 31, at the Drewett Memorial
Chapel in Mansfield. Rev. Billy Franks officiated, assisted by
Rev. D. B. Johnston. Burial was in Pelican Cemetery at Pelican.

  Mr. Mauldin, a native of Pelican, and a resident of Dallas for
30 years, died Wed., Dec. 29, 1982, in Dallas.

  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Estelle Mauldin; son, Gary
Mauldin; daughter, Melba Elliott of Converse; brother, Alfred
Mauldin of Shreveport; sister, Lillian Gibson of Mansfield; three
grandchildren.
