Mrs. Gladys T. Malone

  Mrs. Gladys T. Malone, 78, died Thursday, July 24, in a DeQuincy
Hospital.

  She was a lifelong resident of DeQuincy.

  Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Genevieve McDonald of
DeQuincy, and Mrs. Shirley Langley of Bossier City; two sons,
Lonnie Malone Jr. of Toledo Bend, and Wade Malone of DeQuincy;
two brothers, Ray Harrison of DeQuincy, and Jack Harrison of
Thibodeaux; a sister, Mrs. Idell Powell of DeQuincy; 21
grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; and five great-great
grandchildren.

  Services were held Saturday, July 26, in Snider Funeral Home,
with Rev. Billy Cooper officiating.

  Burial was in Perkins Cemetery.
