The Rev. O. H. Prothro officiated. Burial was in Fender Cemetery near Many. He died at 1:50 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 11, at VA Hospital in Dallas, Tex., after a lengthy illness. Mr. Milner was a native of Columbus, Ga., had resided in Bossier Parish 3 years, and was a Store Manager for Li'l Giant Food Stores. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, and was retired from the U. S. Air Force, after 20 years of service. Survivors include his widow, Charlene Milner, Bossier City; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Milner, Phoenix City, Al.; two sons, Edward Jame Milner, and Christopher Isgitt Milner, both of Bossier City; one daughter, Miss Cecilia Charlotte Milner, Many; one sister, Mrs. Frances Cox, Eufalds, Al.; and two brothers, Walter Milner, New Orleans, La., James Milner, Winston Salem, N. C.
