Mrs. Clara E. Miller

  On Feb. 17, at 7:15 a.m., after an extended illness, Mrs. Clara E.
Miller, 83, of florien died in Shreveport.

  She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Lucille Salter, Mrs. Martha
Miller, and Mrs. Ruth Quillon, all of Florien, Mrs. Margurite
Cleveland of DeQuency, and Mrs. Thelma Webb of Shreveport; a sister,
Mrs. Celeste Bush of Many; 10 grandchildren, and four great-
grandchildren.

  Officiating the funeral services held at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday,
Feb. 18 in Antioch Baptist Church, was the Rev. Frank Chance, and the
Rev. J. D. Favors. Burial was in Antioch Cemetery under the direction
of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many.
