Mrs. Clara E. Miller

  Mrs. Clara E. Miller, 83, of Florien, died in Shreveport, Feb. 17
at 7:15 a.m., after an extended illness.

  Surviving relatives includes five daughters, Mrs. Lucille Salter,
Mrs. Martha Miller, and Mrs. Ruth Quillin, all of Florien, Mrs.
Margurite Cleveland of DeQuincy, and Mrs. Thelma Webb of Shreveport;
a sister, Mrs. Celeste Bush of Many; 10 grandchildren, and 4 great-
grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held in Antioch Baptist Church on Wednesday,
Feb. 18, at 3:30 p.m., with the Rev. Frank Chance, and the Rev. J. D.
Favors officiating. Burial was in Antioch Cemetery, under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many.
