Miller 27 Mar 1936 - Page 4 - On March 15, 1936, at 9:40 p.m. the death angel visited our home, taking our darling mother, Mrs. H. A. Miller. She was born Jan. 28, 1864. She married Henry Miller, who had departed this life in July will be three years ago. To this union was born 12 children, eight of whom survive; they are: Mrs. C. H. Williams, Mrs. Bud Simmons (her mother's maiden name is Wilkerson), Mrs. Homer Knippers, Lonzo Miller, Clarence Miller, Mrs. R. T. Leach, Many, La., Jim Miller, Kilgore, Texas, Fred Miller, Dallas, Texas, also fourteen grandchildren. Her dying testimony is proof that our loss is heaven’s gain, so let’s all meet her in the sweet beyond. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. C. H. Williams and Rev. G. Bailey. Interment was in the family cemetery, two miles south of Ft. Jesup, Monday afternoon. Many thanks to everyone that helped in any way; the neighbors and friends were so good, and for the flowers.
