The Sabine Index - W. E. Miller

  20 Jan 1939 - Funeral rites were held Wednesday at 11 o'clock
at Antioch for W. E. Miller, 78 years, eight months, 18 days, who
died at this home in Logansport Monday night at 11:15.  Rev.
Smucker of Logansport, assisted by Rev. C. W. Williams of Many
and Rev. Owens of Fisher conducted the services at Antioch
Baptist church.  Burial was in Antioch cemetery.

  Surviving Mr. Miller are his widow, three sons, Walter Miller,
Ervin Miller and Grover Miller, all of Logansport; 11
grandchildren and two great grandchildren, one brother John
Miller of Florien, and a large number of nephews and nieces
and near relatives to regret his passing.

  Mr. Miller was born and reared in Many but spent part of his
life in Florien and Fisher before moving to Logansport, where
he made his home until his death.
