The Sabine Index - Tishie Miller 
  
  5 Mar 1948 - Mrs. Tishie Miller, age 72 years, passed away at 
her home at Florien after an extended illness. Funeral rites were 
conducted 10 a.m. Monday at Antioch Baptist church by Rev. V. K. 
Fletcher, assisted by Revs. Versie Miller, R. L. Green, and J. I. 
Funderburk. Interment was under direction of Massingill funeral 
home. 
  
  Pallbearers were Osburn Miller, Roy Evans, Kile Salter, James 
Salter, Heyward Williams, Hardy Bentley Evans. 
  
  Surviving relatives include: sons Arthur Miller, Mount Morris, 
Mich., Pascal and Melvin Miller, Florien; daughters, Miss Zora 
Miller, Florien; Mrs. Roy Bailey, Pollock; brothers Clevie and 
Lonnie Busby of Hemphill, Texas; sisters, Mrs. Jack McDaniel of 
Many, Mrs Mattie Evans of Florien, Mrs. Maggie Miller, Florien, 
Mrs Ella Miller, Florien and three grandchildren.
