Miller, 69, a Dallas, Tex., resident, and a native of Many, died Thursday, May 30, at his Dallas home, after a brief illness. He had resided in Dallas for 56 years, and was a salesman for a ladies' ready-t-wear clothing company. Funeral services were held Sunday, June 2, at 2:30 p.m., at the Marshall Street Chapel of Rose-Neath Funeral Home. Officiating was the Rev. Robert Potter, pastor of Cedar Grove Methodist Church. Burial was in Forest Park West Cemetery. Mr. Miller is survived by his widow; one son, Fred Miller Jr. of San Antonio, Tex.; one daughter, Mrs. Betty Hardin of Orange, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Williams, and Mrs. Della Miller, both of Many; one brother, Clarence Miller of Many; and seven grandchildren. Pallbearers were M. A. Hooker Jr., Henry Hooker, James Greer, and Mike Asaff.
