The Sabine Index - Harvey J. Miller

  21 Nov 1968 - Funeral services for Harvey J. Miller, 74, of
Many were held Sunday, Nov. 17, in the Many First Baptist Church
with the Rev. J. C. Skinner and the Rev. Billy White officiating.

  He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Lillie Miller of Many, a
son, Charles Miller of Little Rock, Ark, one daughter, Mrs. Cora
Bell Hare of Merryville; one step-daughter, Mrs. Letha Johnson of
Monroe; four brothers, Ivy and Marvin of Florien, Grover Miller
of Joliet, Ill., and Otis Miller of Many; and two sisters, Mrs.
Dora Van Veckhoven of Florien and Mrs. Luther Taylor of Anacoco.

  Mr. Miller, a retired Justice of Peace for Sabine Parish and
member of the Masonic Lodge, passed away Friday, Nov. 15,
following a short illness.

  Interment was in the Many Cemetery under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers were members of the Masonic Lodge.
