Ivey C. Miller

  Funeral services for Mr. Ivey C. Miller of Florien, were held
Tuesday, April 21, at 2 p.m., in the First Baptist Church of
Hornbeck. The Rev. T. J. Crosby officiated.

  Burial was in the Florien Cemetery, under the direction of the
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Miller died at his residence in Shreveport, at 11:15 a.m.,
on Sunday, April 19, following an extended illness. He was 76.

  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Imer Miller of Florien; one
son, Bobby Miller of Shreveport; one daughter, Mrs. Barbara
McDaniel of Shreveport; three brothers, Lee Miller of Maryland,
Watson Miller of San Antonio, Tex., and Paul Miller of Lake
Charles; and three sisters, Elta Miller of Florien, Beadie Moore
of Dallas, Tex., and Wylodean Brewster of Jennings.
