Funeral services were held at the Antioch Baptist Church on Thursday, May 22, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Jimmy Evans, and the Rev. Mack Brister officiating. Interment was in the Antioch Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many. Surviving relatives are her husband, Pascal Miller of Florien; one son, Ted Miller of Orange, Tex.; two daughters, Carolyn Miller Cook of Florien, and Brinda Miller Bass of Orange, Tex.; her mother, Mrs. Betty Salter of Many; two brothers, Sherman Salter of Florien, and Bennie Salter of Minden; two sisters, Leona Carroll, and Syble Bush, both of Florien; and eight grandchildren. Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by one brother, Sid Salter; and one sister, Aliene Davis. Pallbearers were Howard Anthony, M. G. Anthony, Charles Dockens, and J. D. Salter.
