  Funeral services for Mrs. Deannar Miller were held at 1 p.m.,
Monday, May 6, at New Jerusalem Baptist Church. Rev. Clois
Rodgers officiated. Interment followed at Yellow Pine Cemetery in
Florien, La.

  Mrs. Miller passed away, Wednesday, May 1, at Toledo Nursing
Center in Zwolle, La. She was 98 years old.

  She leaves to cherish her memories, three sons, Prentis Miller,
Earl Miller of San Francisco, Calif., Seviel Miller of Many;
three daughters, Ada Seastrunk of San Francisco, Calif., Elsie
Holden, and Delia Harper, both of Many, La.; nineteen
grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great
grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
